- Kit and I have been married for 32 years. We both attended Appalachian State University and became educators. Kit was a PE/Health teacher, cross-country coach, basketball coach. I taught at the elementary level for a couple of years, but the rest of my 31 years were at the middle school level. Both of us are now retired from education. We were blessed with 3 children, 2 boys and 1 girl! 2 children are now married. Jenny & her husband, Matt, have 2 children, Addi and Maddox. We are excited to welcome another baby boy, Cyrus Robert Depp, who was born May 17, 2009! Matt & Kristen are parents of Turner, our 2nd grandson! Adam is still living and working in Boone, NC. We love our family, love to read, love sports and love to travel. We both love Jesus Christ, our Savior. We know that we are greatly blessed.
